More News... :::: Schedule :::: Ranking ::::Photos :::: Previous Championship :::: Next Championship 33rd Rally Mavro Rodo   After a short break, the Greek Rally Championship starts again with the 33rd Rally Mavro Rodo (Black Rose). Lambros Athanassoulas and Nikos Mouzakis will be entering the rally with ART's Ford Fiesta JWRC sponsored by JetOil and backed by Ford Motor Hellas. The rally, which takes place on the borders of the prefectures of Attica and Viotia, will start on Friday afternoon at Oropos and then the crews will tackle the superspecial stage of the rally before they call it a day. The rally restarts on Saturday, with the crews having to face 4 repeated special stages, including 2 old Acropolis stages, Stefani and Skourta. An interesting feature of the rally will be the confrontation of Greek and Italian crews in the N4 category, since the rally is a round of the Italian Mitsubishi Evo Cup. Lambros commented before the rally: This years’ Mavro Rodo is completely new to us, since I haven’t raced any of these special stages in the past. Our main priority is to finish the rally, and if we don’t encounter any problems with our car, we will try for the best possible result.
